1. Eligibility
This Referral Scheme is open to all individuals based in the UK. The £300 referral reward is payable to anyone who introduces a new customer to AJT Managed IT Services, provided the introduction is genuine and not solicited by AJT directly. Employees of AJT Managed IT Services are not eligible to participate in this scheme.

2. Referral Process
To make a referral, the individual must submit a referral form to AJT Managed IT Services via the website or by email to referral@ajt-ms.com. The referral form must include:

• Name and contact information of the referred business.
• A brief description of the referred business and their IT needs.

The individual must inform the referred business about this Referral Scheme.

3. Referral Criteria
The referred business must:

• Be a new customer of AJT Managed IT Services Ltd.
• Have a minimum of 10 users.
• Be within 25 miles of Brighton, in the UK.
• Sign an annual support contract with AJT Managed IT Services Ltd.
• Be successfully onboarded as a customer of AJT Managed IT Services Ltd.
• Remain a customer in good standing for a minimum of 3 months from the onboarding date.

The referral reward becomes payable once all the above conditions have been met.

4. Payment Method
Rewards are paid by bank transfer to the referrer within 30 days of the qualifying referral being confirmed. AJT does not pay referral rewards in cash-in-hand or by gift card.

5. Employees of Other Businesses
If the referrer is an employee, director, or contractor of another organisation, they must confirm they are permitted to accept this reward under their employer’s own policies, and we encourage referrers to disclose the reward to their employer. AJT reserves the right to pay the reward to the referring organisation directly instead of an individual, at its discretion.

6. Tax
The referral reward may be treated as taxable income in the hands of the recipient. It is the referrer’s responsibility to determine and account for any tax liability arising from the reward; AJT does not withhold tax on payments made under this scheme.

7. Data Protection
By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have a reasonable basis to share the introduced contact’s details with AJT, and understands AJT will contact that person in relation to the referral in line with our privacy policy.

8. Endorsements & Publicity
Where a referrer’s name, comments, or endorsement are used in AJT marketing material in connection with this scheme, this will clearly state that a reward was paid or offered as an incentive.

9. Limitations
AJT Managed IT Services Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this Referral Scheme at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect referrals already qualifying under the terms in place at the time of introduction. AJT Managed IT Services Ltd is not responsible for any taxes or other fees associated with the reward. AJT reserves the right to decline payment or disqualify any referral found not to be genuine, duplicated, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to this Referral Scheme belong to AJT Managed IT Services Ltd.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Referral Scheme will be resolved at the sole discretion of AJT Managed IT Services Ltd.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain.

13. Acceptance
By participating in this Referral Scheme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
