How AJT Managed IT Services’ longstanding partnership supported smooth Epassi UK office move

Epassi UK offers a range of employee health and wellbeing services. The company has over 23 years of experience supplying wellness benefits to 11 million employees from 2,000+ clients.

Previously based across two offices in Burgess Hill, Epassi UK needed to move to a single, larger office space in Haywards Heath to support the business growth. As Epassi UK’s existing IT support partner, AJT Managed IT Services needed to support the office move with as little downtime as possible. The move requirements included setting up the new space with like-for-like systems, installing brand new video conferencing solutions (VC) in all meeting rooms and creating workspaces for 50 staff.

Having worked with Epassi UK for several years, we knew their IT setup inside out. This meant it was quick and easy for us to get to grips with what needed to be done IT-wise to make the move successful.

The AJT team provided an entire new network, new WI-Fi network, and a new 1gbs leased line in the new business space. We also devised and installed 4 x VC solutions in the new meeting rooms, and installed 2 new TVs.

Finally, we moved all the IT equipment in and setup the new desks for the 50 people now based at the new Haywards Heath office.

The successful collaboration between the Epassi UK and AJT teams helped make the relocation to Haywards Heath as stress-free and smooth as possible, with minimal business downtime.

Epassi UK experienced minimal downtime during and after the office move. We ensured all IT systems, from the network and workstations to VC solutions and TVs, were fully operational quickly and efficiently. Daily business operations were disrupted as little as possible.

Wherever Epassi UK’s customers or employees might be, the brand new VC equipment in all meeting rooms now facilitates improved communication and collaboration.

With everyone now being based in one office, rather than split across two locations, the IT infrastructure is unified. Onsite IT support visits are now more efficient, and fixes and upgrades much quicker to roll out.

Thanks to their long-standing relationship, AJT has a deep understanding of Epassi UK’s specific IT needs. This knowledge – developed over time and by our regular in-office visits – means we can better anticipate potential challenges and provide proactive solutions. There’s no doubt this resulted in a smoother overall transition.

Overall, the successful relocation project solidified the strong partnership between Epassi UK and AJT even further. Today, the Epassi UK team enjoy a centralised office with upgraded IT infrastructure, helping set them up for continued business growth.
