We’re looking for a Help Desk Team Lead to drive forward our Brighton-based support team.
In this role, you will ensure effective resolution of technical issues and excellent customer service for our clients across Sussex. You will combine technical expertise with leadership skills and process improvement to help us continue to be the best IT partner we can be. If you are passionate about IT support and mentoring a team, joining the AJT Managed IT Services team as our Help Desk Team Lead could be the opportunity for you!
