The Challenge: Office IT relocation across Sussex & VC upgrade with minimal disruption

Epassi UK offers a range of employee health and wellbeing services. The company has over 23 years of experience supplying wellness benefits to 11 million employees from 2,000+ clients.

Previously based across two offices in Burgess Hill, Epassi UK needed to move to a single, larger office space in Haywards Heath to support the business growth. As Epassi UK’s existing IT support partner, AJT Managed IT Services needed to support the office move with as little downtime as possible. The move requirements included setting up the new space with like-for-like systems, installing brand new video conferencing solutions (VC) in all meeting rooms and creating workspaces for 50 staff.

Having worked with Epassi UK for several years, we knew their IT setup inside out. This meant it was quick and easy for us to get to grips with what needed to be done IT-wise to make the move successful.

The AJT team provided an entire new network, new WI-Fi network, and a new 1gbs leased line in the new business space. We also devised and installed 4 x VC solutions in the new meeting rooms, and installed 2 new TVs.

Finally, we moved all the IT equipment in and setup the new desks for the 50 people now based at the new Haywards Heath office.
